Cannonball has an exciting opportunity to manage our agency relationship with a national consumer brand client. Our role as lead agency for this national consumer brand means you will be responsible for management and coordination of multiple agencies, vendors and internal resources. These services include: Strategic Planning, Creative, Media, Brand Digital Destinations, In-Store Promotions, and Trade Shows.

As the Account Manager for this growing consumer brand, you will help steer client brand communications strategy, pro-actively manage day-to-day client relations with insightful, speedy and accurate communications, and manage a work flow that ensures every piece of creative that goes out the door is compelling, strategically sound and meets all production specs

Candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-10 years consumer brand advertising/marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Ideal candidates would also possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience successfully managing clients or stakeholders
  • Exceptional business writing skills and strong presentation skills
  • Lawn/Garden/Home Improvement brand experience
  • Experience managing multi-million budgets
  • 5+ Years experience managing creative and trafficking for TV, radio, OOH, tradeshows, print, and in-store promotions
  • 2+ Years experience managing clients/stakeholders communications about digital display, social, paid search

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development, presentation, execution, and optimization of national marketing programs
  • Ensure all strategies, creative and tactics support and advance client branding and business objectives
  • Manage reports and partners daily activities to ensure projects are completed on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Supervise and monitor account budget
  • Manage and grow client relationships
  • Negotiate marketing partnerships
  • Keep team informed of changes in client or competitive climate
  • Work closely with creative team and understand the creative process and how to achieve the best account service and creative collaborative work
  • Derive unique insights from market research, competitive activities and industry knowledge to advance agency recommendations on communications subject
  • Work with strategic planning to derive insights from analytics and present them in a way that is actionable and meaningful to the client
