Building a Better Lion’s Choice

When Lion’s Choice wanted to update the look and feel of their store experience, they came to Cannonball for a little help with the design. The goal? Make guests feel like they were firmly in the present while subtly reinforcing the heritage and pride that’s gone into over 50 years of making the ultimate roast beef sandwich.

From the floor-to-ceiling murals to the hand-painted wall art, everything needed to evoke a sense of shared love for roast beef and introduce a little more of the brand personality without being over-branded.

We also spearheaded the transition from traditional backlit menu boards to the new LED digital menu at Lion’s Choice, handling all the design duties and content creation.

The results, if we may say so ourselves, look almost as good as the roast beef.
